  1) What is your minimum order?

It depends upon the complexity of the product but most likely it will be 500ft.

2) What is you standard lead-time?

Typically the lead-time is 4-6 weeks after receipt of order. In some cases where material availability is not immediate it may take longer.

3) Where are your products manufactured?

100% of all of our products are manufactured in our Meriden, CT plant.

4) What are the types of insulation available?

Q-S Tech offers a broad range of insulations systems for your specific requirements.

5) Do you have the ability to design cables to my specification?

Our team of experienced sales engineers can work with you to design a cable that meets your needs.

6) What agency approvals do you have?

We are a UL and CSA approved facility and have experience with Factory Mutual.

7) Can you manufacture products to Mil spec?

We can make cables that meet many military specifications. Contact our sales engineering team to see what we can provide to you.

8) What are the flame tests that you can meet?

Most insulated wires meet the VW-1 FT 4 flame ratings. While cables can meet the UL 1581 Cable Flame test 1061 as required by UL 758.

9) Why would I use ETFE as an insulation system?

ETFE has unique properties that enhance its cut through and abrasion properties while maintaining excellent dielectric properties.

Voltage ratings can be achieved with thinner insulation wall thickness to similarly rated PE or PVC insulated constructions.

10) What is the best Jacket material for my application?

Many aspects of the design criteria should be considered to choose the correct material.

We specialize in Polyurethane, TPE and FEP but can offer many different options for your consideration.

11) What lengths are available?

Most cables can be manufactured in accordance with your requirements in mind but please discuss them during the quotations process.

12) Do you stock products?

We manufacture cables to OEM customer requirements.

However we stock a multitude of raw materials that can be turned around in a matter of weeks to meet your deadlines.

13) Are detailed drawings available?

Detailed CAD drawings can be provided for your convenience.

14) How long does it take to get a quotation?

The average quote turnaround is 24 hours.

15) What are your standard terms and conditions?

Typically all orders are shipped FOB, Meriden, CT, NET30DAYS (pending credit approval)
